20% real Malihabad Dasheri, freeze-dried and ground straight in. No essence, no colour. We buy the mangoes once a year, in June, and that is all we get.

What all four have in common
Nothing sweetened with refined sugar. No palm oil. No preservatives. No flavouring essence standing in for the real thing: when we say cacao, coffee or mango, we mean the ingredient, not a note of it.

Every jar is freshly ground in small batches in Unnao by women from local self-help groups, from peanuts we buy directly from farmers near us.
